“Our stay was great although we didn't get code to the property via email as promised; We had to call several times for the code. Upon entering the property, we impressed with the appearance. As a host, no clear check out instructions. ”

The only two notes are: The screen door is difficult to lock because of the keypad lock on the door.Also we didn’t realize the apartment was on the second floor which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for future guests. “Beautiful property is in a safe walkable area near restaurants and shops. Off street parking was easy to find. Lovely garden path leads you to the front door. Interior flight of curved/circular stairs takes you up one flight to door. Maybe tricky for someone with mobility issues. Bedrooms and one bath were clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with the essentials including soaps, hair dryer and tissues. Kitchen was bright. Please note there is minimal counter space but well stocked……

“The room was a lot more spacious than I anticipated and everything was very clean. There was some music playing upstairs but it was quiet by nighttime. Check in and check out was very straightforward. Turning into the driveway was a bit difficult when the highway was crowded but was otherwise easy to find ”

“John’s apartment is lovely. It has the charm of a historical home (hello wide pine floors!) with the comfort and ease of more modern touches where necessary, like the bathroom and kitchen. Super clean and organized. We chose to eat out for every meal as we were only there for the weekend and there are so many great local spots, but the kitchen was large and equipped for whatever you’d like to cook. The location is GREAT. We walked to all of our favorite spots. Check-in and check-out took no time……
