“Unbelievably cheap stay. Lovely en suite room with sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. My first stay in a YHA in nearly 30 years and experience was so good I’m looking to come again. Only gripe would be internet signal in rooms a bit poor ”

“A very warm welcome and a lovely room. Bed was comfy and the hotel was quiet for a good night's sleep. A short walk to the beach and pier, and also not too far to the town centre. My only negative was the bathroom is tiny. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

“A wonderful stay with all amenities catered for. A word of complaint, bath/shower facility should have non slip bath mat as climbing out of the bath over the rim it was easy to lose your footing of your remaining leg as you lurch forward. 😢 One suggestion, hand dryers in the WC facilities should ideally be with the latest technology high speed, pressure type. Maybe Dyson type or design. 😅 Otherwise a perfect stay with great food and services. Liked the complimentary quality tea and coffee……

“ROOM IS BIG ENOUGH. BUT THE SINGLE BED IS TOO SMALL. WATER TAPE IS BROKEN. WATER PRESSURE IS TOO WEAK THAT MSKES BATHING UNCOMFORTABLE”

“The room was a good size. The pillow cases had marks/stains on them so slept in the other double bed. The tv wasn’t working, and shower was very small. The wardrobe was decent size but if your staying a few days to a week more hangers for you clothes would’ve been better. My room was on the top floor which was around 2-3 flights of stairs so carrying my suitcase up those was tough, there was a lift but wasn’t working.”

“We’ve stayed here numerous times, it’s our go to place to stay in Bournemouth. Value for money. The rooms are basic but clean and with free parking. It’s a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main shopping centre/beach/gardens. We finally got to use the pool on this visit! Was lovely to check out but still use the pool before we actually left. Thank you! ”

“You will hear the sound of wood platform while other guess walking around. This ok to me as I live in a lousy place. It would be a problem for those request absolute quiet.”
