“Super friendly owner. Clean and comfortable room and building. Wifi worked great, though the AC unit had switched from cold to hot for the building, but the fan worked. The whole town is very walkable so plenty of groceries and restaurants near by.”

Excellent WiFi & showers, extra pillows & blanket, bar fridge, espresso machine, kettle and our room had a gorgeous view. Sandro & staff are so welcoming and helpful. Loved staying here this time even more than last time. GREAT place!”

Overall a pleasant experince, would recommend for a stay in Laspezia since it is very convenient to visit the surrounding areas like Cinque Terre and Porto Venere ”
