“The hotel is quite spacious, clean and modern. The staff was very attentive, with special mention to Kim, the front desk associate. She accommodated our request and gave us good information. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the afternoon reception was a nice touch of hospitality!”

“Unique boutique hotel, loved the little courtyard. Looked like their bar and cafe were closed for renovations when we went which was a little disappointed. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely have this on our list when we return to Richmond.”

“This hotel is so beautifully done. A+ on decor and vibe. Absolutely loved it. Front of house staff seemed less than professional though. No greeting, no thanking you for choosing them, just handed you your key with your room number. Valet is not there to help you with your bags or to offer assistance. They solely park and retrieve your car and never speak to you at all. Gallery attendant seemed to be studying the whole time I was in there and never looked up from her book to greet nor say……
