“1.They prepared very very poor breakfast for guests , even basic coffee is cold , I could not believe it is a 5-stars hotel, and it charged usd 150/per night.It is not worthy at all. 2.The staff in the reception is very cool, proud attitude and no smile . “We arrived with a car and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. Hotel itself walking distance to all sites. Wish we could remember the name of the receptionist who checked us in as he was fantastic! He even wished one of the party a Happy Birthday on the check-out the next day. Fabulous service. The pool area was lovely and the room was perfect. Breakfast was a buffet style and plentiful. ”

“Great discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort is huge and pristine, offering a wide range of activities that's perfect for families with children (2 swimming pools, 2 water slides including one specifically for kids! minigolf, ping pong, ...). The staff is highly competent and the attentive support provided by the reception team throughout our stay perfectly met our expectations. “Très bel hôtel dans le centre de Sousse, à 3min à pieds des principales allées commerçantes. Pour notre part, nous n'avons pas logé à l'hôtel "principal" mais avons été conduits à quelques minutes de marche de là dans un autre bâtiment, l'inconvénient étant qu'il fallait se déplacer pour le petit-déjeuner. La chambre est belle et pourrait être très confortable avec un systême permettant d'éviter la lumière du jour qui se lève très tôt. Aussi, une bouilloire serait la bienvenue pour le thé, et……

“This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating.”
