“I want to start by saying we gave feedback to the owner and he was receptive. When we checked in the place was not fully cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty. The one good fry pan had baked on food, floors were dirty. The place itself is nice and is still being worked on. Comfortable living area. Rustic. Lovely views from 2nd floor. There is no paved driveway, so if it is raining there is mud. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels/linens. Very close to Bainbridge and convenient for the Clinton……

“Such a joy to find a place in Windsor close to my parents and brother/sister-in-law. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The check in was easy and communication was quick. The only issue would be for someone who has trouble with stairs and/or needs the bathroom to be close to bedroom. It was perfect for us. We will be back. ”

“Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter.”

“Location is great to the park and anything you may need. Communication was great and the apartment had everything we needed. There was confusion about the parking in the back only because our party had two vehicles and the downstairs part had one. I was unaware the carport was one spot for each unit.
