“Booked this place to celebrate my wife’s 40th, her only request was that she wanted a hot tub. Original listing advertised a hot tub however upon arrival the hot tub was frozen and not operating. Reached out to the property manager who advised that it wasn’t part of the listed amenities (there are signs in the house for hot tub use)…I went back to the listing and it had been updated removing the hot tub language from the listing. We should have been informed that the hot tub was not working so……

“Upon arriving we immediately walked through spider webs and noticed an odor in the air. It smelled like the house had not been opened in months to fresh air. The house was extremely warm and there is no AC. This was on the listing but we missed that. My wife went to wash her hands in the kitchen sink only to be met by 10-12 spiders chilling in the sink. Apparently momma spider was in the tub, which is where she met her maker. We then went on to inspect other areas of the home where we found……

“It was nice and clean and had the fun features described in the listing. We had a great time staying here while skiing at Sugar Bowl!”

“Great property. Had everything we needed for the weekend. Awesome responsiveness from the owner during our stay. REALLY appreciated his help to get us out the snowy driveway (my car was stuck). Don’t know how we could have left without his help. Would recommend the place and would consider coming again.”
