“Fantastic location, within walking distance of everything downtown. Decent sized and clean room with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is also nice, though the soap for the sink was very watery. Convenient parking behind the hotel. Free snacks available all day. The train runs through downtown and blows its horn even at night. To counter that, there are white noise machines in the rooms and the office offers free earplugs.”

“Staff was very nice and helpful, but it took us a while to get in our room because the door lock mechanism needed to have its batteries changed. Loved the nespresso machine and it was a much better Continental breakfast than others I’ve seen. The beds were comfortable but the hallways were dark and the rugs have seen better days. ”

“Me and my wife we stayed over the presidents day long weekend, everything was great except its so expensive, 400 bucks a night. Got to avoid long weekends. Not really value for money. ”

“My stay was end of December and it snowed. It looked like a winter wonderland. The room was clean and the decor modern. The main entrance and check in area has a large sitting area, fireplace and a cute boutique filled with fun items. But really it’s the surrounding nature that was pristine. The walk to feather river was easy to find despite the deep snow. The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you.”

“Traveling with my family of 4 and arrived on a Tuesday @ 8:30p. Check in was pleasant but our room with 2 queen beds was not made. The guys at the front desk apologized and addressed it, while my boys played in the snow outside a bit, marveled at the boar’s head, and attempted to convince me to buy candy from the small store area next to the checkin counter. Room was made in ~25min and they offered a couple breakfast vouchers which was a nice gesture. The room smelled strong of air freshener,……
