“The front desk staff was very efficient and accepted our registered Emotional Support Animal with the greatest of ease. I offered her registration card and it was extremely smooth check it. Only had a small maintenance issue with the door lock needing a new battery. Our check out was extremely friendly just like our check in!! “The Ambros was a great place to stay. My husband and i live about an hour away and just wanted to get away. The hotel was right on the beach and is in walking distances to restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly and great customer service. Matt was awesome and extremely helpful. The room was clean and updated. The bed felt like i was sleeping on a cloud. Extremely comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay. ”
