“Wonderful cabin. Came during March in Minnesota, so it was rainy and snowing. Don't know if they had any salt as I couldn't find any, so it'll be nice to keep some during the winter and early spring season. Cabin was clean and warm. The patio door was tricky to close after opening but we eventually got it to lock. The view was spectacular, overlooking lake Superior and highway 61. Location of the cabin is good too, literally right next to splitrock lighthouse and gooseberry falls and tettogouche……

“This place is epic! The views are stunning, and this beautiful house have everything you need during your stay. There is a lot to do close to the house, so you do not have to travel far. But, with the view and the private beach, you really do not have to go anywhere. The owners are fantastic! You will want to come back to this place often. I know we will be back!”

“The cabin is beautiful. Very nicely built and decorated cabin. Beds are very comfortable and the property is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pots/pans and utensils as well as a handful of appliances like coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender and a handful of other various appliances. “Really cute place and would stay again. Clean and thoughtful decor. Sleeping spaces/options worked well for two adults and 2 young kids. They even had a couple of toys and games which our kids loved. A good launching place to explode the north shore. The only complaint is that cookware was pretty limited, few food storage items, and knives were poor quality. Might not matter if you’re eating out the whole time, but we enjoy cooking, so these items could be improved/replenished. I did request a……

Our only complaint is that we couldn’t figure out how to get down to the beach to watch the sunrises and sunsets but that was okay as we had ample opportunity to see and explore the lake shore on our daily excursions. “It was chilly and snowy but the views from the deck and from inside the big picture windows were absolutely stunning, and we made use of both the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit to stay nice and cozy.
