“Our family used this property for UMiami graduation. Such a beautiful stay in a perfect location. The patent was clean and large enough with a huge balcony. Plenty of space. Check in and check out process was easy and communication was great. Would highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed our stay in this VRBO in Coconut Grove. It was clean and comfortable and in a fun, trendy area. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Overall, great location. Room was spacious with a balcony. Ocean view from balcony, but not really from the room. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!”

“Stayed for two days to help daughter move out of her dorm. We love the Coconut Grove area & The Arya is one of our favorite places to stay. THI’s room had a nice view of the bay, a hot water kettle, which you don’t always get for my tea, a refrigerator and stove. Most importantly wine glasses for after a long day of packing. Would definitely recommend this place!”
