“Cute little hotel tucked away in Sonoma across from Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn. Upon arrival late afternoon, checked in at front desk. Receptionist was pleasant although when I tried to ask a question she made it clear that no questions could be asked until after she went through her step by step process in a specific order.
