“Great place to stay in Syracuse, close to Onondaga Creek walk trail for walking and biking and this trail leads to NYS trail around Onondaga Lake. Good breakfast food, nice patio for outside lounging. Very helpful front desk staff.”

“Terrible check in experience. Been told the system is down, wait outside with luggage for a hour and have to leave eventually because they “are working on it and don’t know how long it’s going to take”.”

Everything is spotless. In the morning they have a coffee bar with muffins and oatmeal. Highly recommend. ”
