“A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement. Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby……

“First time at this hotel but wont be the last We needed accessibility with parking , room location, dining as a result of my Husbands mobility issues. The staff were fantastic and though a bit of planning on their part all our needs were covered. We were HB and the food was wonderful plenty of options and well cooked . Buffet for Breakfast and Starters and desserts for evening and main meal table service Evening entertainment great. The staff at this hotel are the diamond in the crown and i hope……

The rooms are very spacious, and very well soundproofed, i didn't hear a thing from adjoining rooms.
