“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Proximity to the riverwalk as well as the beach were great. Comfy place with nice amenities. Loved having a kitchen for that fabulous price. Property manager was very responsive. We were a little taken aback by the construction going on right outside the house but that was basically out of their control. Just surprised by it and bummed about how early it started - 7am!!Overall, highly recommend!”

The place is super close in walking distance to some of the best restaurants coffee shops, bars, grocery stores and attractions of downtown Wilmington NC. “This condo is in the perfect location and walkable to all things on the river walk while still in close proximity to the rest of ilm and the beaches. We loved being steps away from Maroon Monkey, our personal fav coffee shop downtown. The property was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is no on-site parking, and trying to park in the permit lots can be difficult on the weekend - totally fine on weekdays. This property does not have a microwave, so be aware if you are coming with kids……

“Location, location, location! We walked everywhere - to tour historic homes, to restaurants, to the Riverwalk. The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen. Would absolutely stay there again!”
