“Great stay with a big group of family. Unlike most other properties around it, this is an older cottage; it exhibits more wear but also way more charm than the new builds, and it has enough updates to keep it comfortable. Very spacious and the porch was great. We had one elderly guest for whom the lack of railings in the showers and bannister on the second floor staircase was a challenge, but this didn't bother anyone else. There is a wonderful neighbor across the street who pointed out a good coffee and wine bar that was within walking distance or a 5 minute car ride. “Photos are very accurate and house is clean. Communication with owner via app was good. Check-in a breeze and check-out, while it had a few requirements, was clearly communicated. House worked well for us (close to downtown and we had a car to get around). Neighborhood is okay - a bit transitional and it is steps from the train which whistled nightly at 10 pm. Be sure to check out Greenfield Park and the South Front area which is just 2 blocks away - several great restaurants and an awesome……

“Responsive communications with the hosts and the property was well represented in the photos. Beautiful shared backyard space with several spots to relax in front. The hosts provided lots of great info prior to arrival on local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was excellent and only a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Lifeguards are posted at the beach during the summer season. The street was peaceful and quiet at all times. I would love to stay in the upstairs unit next……
