“Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It is located in a residential area but it is only 15-20 minutes from them beach (depending on traffic) and a similar distance from downtown wilmington. A big thumbs up!”

“Location was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Cute little cottage. We could have used a second bathroom with our group, but everything was as described so I can’t complain. Would highly recommend as a great place to stay.”

“Photos are very accurate and house is clean. Communication with owner via app was good. Check-in a breeze and check-out, while it had a few requirements, was clearly communicated. House worked well for us (close to downtown and we had a car to get around). Neighborhood is okay - a bit transitional and it is steps from the train which whistled nightly at 10 pm. Be sure to check out Greenfield Park and the South Front area which is just 2 blocks away - several great restaurants and an awesome……
