“We are grandparents touring Wilmington with 2 of our grandsons and our small dog. We only stayed one night but it couldn’t have been nicer. It is a grand older Wilmington home that is now a duplex. Off street parking was easy. Located close to riverfront but most will prefer transportation to visit the area.”

“The house worked perfectly for our family and extended family. There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and it is close to UNCW if that is what you want. Everything was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. We will rent this place again as we head to Wilmington often to visit family. ”

“The stay was not bad. It was areas that could use a little more attention. I shared my experience with the owner and they took everything into consideration and plan to make the changes. The location is on the corner at a traffic light so although it allows events parking is very minimal. It is very spacious with plenty of restrooms and toliet paper, soaps etc.”

“The home is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the views are amazing! You are right on the sound and across the street from the beach. Walking distance to local shops, bars, and grocery store. We used our car maybe once and that was to go into Wilmington. The owner was easy to communicate with and our stay was perfect thanks to him. We can’t wait to rent this home again in the future. “Our stay are Barbara’s house was amazing. The house itself was gorgeous and was perfect for our stay with friends. We ran into a couple of issues during our stay, but Barbara was extremely responsive and had the issues resolved immediately! “Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. ”
