“ ⸻ I enjoyed my stay at Kasa Southside Wilmington. It’s perfectly nestled between Wrightsville Beach and Downtown—both just a short drive away. I’ve stayed here before and really appreciated having access to the pool. It was a great alternative when I didn’t feel like dealing with the beach crowds and sand, lol. On this trip, the pool was unfortunately down, so I’d recommend checking in advance if that’s a must-have for you. Other than that, it was a quiet and clean stay. Would definitely……

“The contactless entry was problematic. The code wouldn't work for my room and I had to call three times before someone picked up to help me. It took another several minutes for them to fix it remotely. Then, the bathroom was locked from the inside and there was no one on site to get me in. Once all that was settled, the stay was pleasant. The room was nice and spacious. ”

“Wow. Fantastic property. The pictures don’t do it justice. The high-end nature of the kitchen, bar, master bath, outdoor furniture, really added to the luxury feel of this property. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Played the games made available to us and had plenty of room to cook/ snack in the kitchen. I will definitely be back. “The boat was great and Kevin is a fantastic host! He worked with us on a necessary date change, without question, and we really appreciated that. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of the marina facilities. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the host can't help that the marina bathrooms were so dirty. The marina is under new management and Kevin is providing feedback to them. Hopefully they will address it for future guests. We loved the location on the……

“This is a Lovely and well appointed home.Everything was as listed. *The Wifi was great and reliable. *The kitchen is well stocked and enjoyable to cook in. *The bed we slept in was very comfortable.With a good combination of bedding and fresh clean linens.It is very nice to have onsight laundry for longer stays. We booked this rental mainly because of the pool, and it was wonderful! The pool was clean, and the water was a comfy temperature. Pool accessories and towels are provided.Wilmington……
