“This home is located close to downtown Brevard and everything Brevard has to offer. This home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. One of our goals was to see a white squirrel and we did not have to go far, as there was one in the front yard when we arrived. ”

“The Brickhouse was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 3 toddlers. It is every bit as beautiful as the photos portray. The unit is well appointed and organized. The location was equal distance between Greenville and our family in Lyman. I feel fortunate to have found this beautiful house to rent.”

“I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was……

“We loved the space we all had. It’s roomy and had everything we needed. Some recommendations: new pans, we cook quite a bit and the surfaces were pretty scratched up. New lighting for bathrooms. When you are getting ready for a wedding etc you need lighting.. We would stay here again loved the views and the porch. ”
