“The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.”

“We had the MacKinnon room. It was a beautiful room with a great view. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom floors were heated. The window only opens a crack and bugs and flies get in because they dont have any screens. Great water pressure. There is a steam room and sauna that you can use. There was only one guy working the desk and the bar.ans was able to handle my request for a fan quickly. The breakfast that was included was delicious.
