“The place was nice for what I needed. Overall a good place. Had the essentials and was clean.One thing I do want to note is it was quite stuffy. I tried to open the windows but there were no screens (and lots of bugs/spiderwebs on the windows). The filter on the AC unit needed to be changed, and it smelled a little moldy. The shower also leaked quite badly when I used it. Overall good, but maybe a couple small things to address. ”

“The property met our needs nicely, with one exception. On the positive side, the manager(s) was very responsive, there were generous supplies of towels (fabric & paper) and toilet paper, and the space worked well for us. The only problem was noise from the apartment above the back bedrooms, late at night. ”

“Beautiful property with a nice balcony and bathroom in every bedroom (big plus). Apartment was laid very nice with big dining room table and nice kitchen. It was a very short walk to the campus. It also had plenty of parking. It is the second time we stayed here. We had such a good experience the first time.”

“I originally needed a trip Oct. 2023. Due to unfortunate circumstances, We had to move our dates. I called Wayne and he immediately pushed our dates out. I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and welcoming! The only downside was the area. I wouldn't leave after dark with the kids. The outer area is skeptical. This would not……

“We absolutely loved our stay! From Check-in to the “boogie-ness” of the apartment and to the short drive to the Mammoth Cave Visitor Center, it was an amazing experience! My sister, my father and I spontaneously planned this trip to go visit a place we had never been to before and we enjoyed every minute of it Will definitely recommend and/or come back to visit.
