“Nestled quietly off the road, it provides a nice quiet retreat that is close to mammoth cave and other attractions. Cell signal is not so much but that’s no worry. We went in early February, 40s-50s. A extra blanket is provided but we didn’t need it. Nice bathroom.”

“Quick 4 day trip to Mammoth Cave area with my spouse and best friend from the Army. Great location although a bit close to the road for the paper thin “soundproofing”. Road noise doesn’t bother me much but shared wall neighbors and “thin walls” is a nightmare. Not only is it annoying hearing them but I feel super awkward the entire time trying to be quiet knowing they can hear us and that’s not an enjoyable way to spend vacation time. “I originally needed a trip Oct. 2023. Due to unfortunate circumstances, We had to move our dates. I called Wayne and he immediately pushed our dates out. I needed early check-in as our arrival time was early morning and their check-in was 4:00 pm. I called the night before, he charged me the early check-in fee and done. When we arrived the apartment was spotless and welcoming! The only downside was the area. I wouldn't leave after dark with the kids. The outer area is skeptical. This would not……
