“We found this place lovely and quiet to relax. We only had four nights in Feb, and could have stayed longer. Our 'habitat' was not luxury, but it was an Eco cabin, in a fabulous location. We walked and did lots of day activities, and are in every night. The kitchenette was a bit basic, but we used the barbeque each night and made delicious meals in an idyllic setting. 10 mins drive to Jindabyne Woolies and other shops, and close to drive to Thredbo for walks. “Highly recommended lodging. The host, Alex, is an excellent host who communicates very well and is very responsive. I had a very pleasurable stay in the Finnish cottage with 2 fishing buddies (too old for tents now) which we found to be very warm and energy efficient even in a couple of sizable May frosts. It’s very well equipped with lots of crockery, pots and pans and a Weber on the front veranda. It has a great layout with 2 separated bedrooms and bathrooms and a sizable lounge area, great……
