“good place nice service ”

“We spent $624 on a room with sea views, and the man at the front desk, who had a rather bad attitude, gave us a room on the first floor of one of the worst corners of the hotel, and I asked for a change, but he said he wanted to add $150. I ask you to give me a statement, or I will continue to complain. Although I left the hotel.”

“Right on the beach and very walkable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Parking lot is small, but hotel has a good relationship with restaurant next door for additional parking. ”

“The Brisa Pacific Hotel in Encinitas was very comfortable and quiet. The rooms are exceptionally clean and have been recently renovated, providing a fresh and pleasant environment. However, the breakfast offerings have declined over the years, which was quite disappointing; on the second day, I chose to have breakfast elsewhere. Additionally, the corridors could benefit from new carpeting and a fresh coat of paint to enhance the overall ambiance. Despite these areas for improvement, the quality……

“Fantastic little boutique hotel in such a perfect spot on PCH. Fantastic shops and restaurants are steps away and it’s just a short (although hilly) 10 minute walk to a lovely quiet beach. We were greeted by the owner who showed us to our room and was always available during office hours to answer questions and offer suggestions in the area. Very friendly! The room was clean and well equipped. The bed was too soft for my taste and I tend to like a softer bed. The room did show some signs of age……

“My wife and I stayed overnight — we loved everything about our stay. The rooftop was peaceful and a beautiful place to enjoy the sunset. Short walk to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops and the Seaside Market. Staff was friendly. The ability to “check out” records to play in the room was a pretty creative perk, too. We were first-time guests, but we plan on being repeat guests in the future!”

“This property is the best Motel I've ever stayed at. We Loved the proximity to Moonlight Beach, the free beach equipment available to borrow, the staff and the amazing ocean view. The staff was very attentive to the smallest problem that came up with awesome customer service. We've already booked our next stay to visit again.”
