“I need to file a complaint. The front desk at this hotel forcibly charged me a resort fee, even though I clearly already paid $66 when I booked the hotel through Expedia. They refused to listen to me. I felt discriminated against.”

“The hotel is located away from the main street (the Strip), so there are fewer people coming in and out, making it a quieter and more private environment. The room is clean, there is free parking, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the room is not bright enough.”
