“I stay here quite often, usually a high rating, but seems much has slipped a notch or 2. One of the elevators was not working, checkin took more time than usual, overall condition and feel was not 5 star as always before, and in my reservation I specifically requested a room away from elevators and ice machine, but assigned room was right by elevator and ice machine. Will stay here again, but a bit disappointed. ”
