“First time staying here and I feel like coming back. The hotel is a cute vibe, loved the pool and the restaurant. The food was delicious, I had lunch and breakfast and everything was amazing. Alejandro was very informative when I checked in and the staff were very chill and nice. Already thinking about coming again for Coachella next year and I think it’ll be my go to hotel whenever I go to Palm Springs. ”

“Overall property was clean and well done inside with remodel. Neighborhood was very quiet and safe feeling. Generally met expectations of how described and easy access to airport, downtown, etc. Check in was very rocky. We had difficulty with the process and the instructions for the key were not correct originally. Apek was generally responsive to questions and concerns. ”

“We were looking for a place not under the airport flight path and this was a good location for the number of bedrooms, pool, etc. that we wanted and for quiet, which we also wanted. ”

The hosts had great communication beforehand and you could see that they really wanted you to enjoy your stay. Loved the palm trees, flowers and landscaping with a beautiful pool oasis a few metres away.it had great great furniture, beautiful decor and was CLEAN ! It was in a central area, gated and close to all amenities. We would highly recommend this condo!”

“Our 2nd time in Phase 3, much better than our first. Jeff’s condo is an upstairs (15 steps) corner unit offering much brightness and overlooking the community pool. One of the few patios with a BBQ and we loved our dinners on the patio surrounded by the lights. Unit fully outfitted with new furniture, appliances and kitchenware. Jeff was a great host and was quick to solve the few issues we had. We would certainly recommend him to others and return again. ”
