“The hotel was well maintained for a 13 year old property. Its location is ideal and the staff is generally good and courteous. Their Nusara restaurant was good for dinner and the service received was worth commending. “The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because……
