Mr Houcine called us personally the day before our travel to reassure us that all was ok. On arrival to Agadir airport, our driver was on time, warm & welcoming. A lovely start! We arrived at Sofitel & was greeted with genuine warmth by Mr Houcine & his team. Fatima was helpful, answered any questions we had & showed us to our lovely room……
