“From the start to end of stay communication with host everything was smooth and friendly. Great location!”

“Found it challenging to access the key lock and wrong combination for the door. Delay in accessing there property manager. The gas was connected and so was the power while we were there as they hadn't paid the bill. The VRBO platform is not the best platform for communicating in. Will not use this service again”

The pool and spa pool were both very clean and well taken care of. Great communication by the property manager. Will definitely book again (and again!). The perfect retreat while still being close to cafes, supermarket and more.”

“Very tidy house and suitable for our needs. However, there was no tea or coffee or milk provided and we were not aware of that. Being unfamiliar with the area, we had no clue where any shops were. There was no information at the accommodation to tell us about local amenities. That would have been useful.”

“We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea.”

“Large living spaces in this house, made getting ready for the wedding, easier for our bride & her 5-bridesmaids. Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around).
