“It was clean when entering but the location of the room and the lobby area made it to where it was hard to rest. We were dealing with a death and really wanted to relax. There were kids out until past 11 PM and unfortunately kids playing in banging on our door while sleep. Then out playing football and soccer at 7am in the lobby. We get that its the holidays but more regulation was needed. Took 10 min to check in with no one in the lobby. Need more than 1 manager on shift. The knob for the……

“Room and property very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast options and maintained. Only complaint was in-room coffee maker didn't work, but was offset by 24/7 coffee in lobby.”

“We had switched our reservation with Expedia and had a confirmation on our phone. The clerk kept trying to tell us we did not have a reservation for that night. We finally had her call the manager and they got it straightened out. The breakfast was excellent as with most Best Western hotels. ”

“The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were reasonably clean. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful. Breakfast was sparse but my child liked it. Condition of the hotel - not sure if it’s being renovated or what but it was not in great shape and smelled mildewy. The pool area was not very clean and smelled weird, although the pool itself was very clean and kids had a great time. Would probably stay again. ”

“I did not stay at this property. The entire place was filthy and there were undersirable people hanging around the parking lot and in the lobby as We arrived. Requested to see the room and staff stated ' Did you see the pictures on the website"?. The rooms smelled and the carpet, chairs, walls and bedspread were covered with stains.and vomit in the elevator. ”
