“Rooms were nice. We had to ask for pool towels twice, though. They did promptly call about our granddaughter leaving her swimsuit and made arrangements to have it mailed back to her. Would definitely stay again. ”

“This was our first time as at the Alofts and OMG! These were the most economical and eco friendly lofts ever!!! Laura at the Front Desk was a peach! She gave us the “tea” on Alofts from the services to housekeeping to snacks and even healthy snacks! The bar area was AWESOME along with the bartender, named Robert I think. Anyway, Laura was great. She also fixed our breakfast when she was short staffed and my cold brew coffee! This little lady can do everyone else’s job. Didn’t complain and was……

“Booked the room then read the reviews, and got nervous. Our experience was good. Clean place. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up at the desk. Got checked in and went to the room to find that the a/c was not working. Went and reported it and the maintenance man was there in under 2 minutes. He fixed it but it took forever to cool the room. Beds were ok, shower was good. Breakfast was quite lacking. Eggs that are cooked right there on the counter and the gravy was straight out……
