“This property was very clean and close to just about everything. I would highly recommend staying at the property versus a hotel in the area. ”

“From the first moment walking into the house until the morning of leaving, it was a pleasure staying at this location. There was nothing lacking and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would recommend this location to anyone visiting Charleston.”

“The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. Fresh……

“Beautiful house with extremely helpful hosts”

“I needed a place to stay for a work conference. Stay here is about 10 min from downtown. I was able to quickly pick up food from the many restaurants in the area. There is even a Krogers. Owner responded quickly to my internet problem and was attentive. Check in and Checkout was easy. No keys.This is the first place I'll check for availability the next time i need to stay in Charleston. ”
