“This home was amazing and beautiful inside. We always stay at a local hotel when coming to South Charleston once a year and decided on a house this time. We are so glad to have stayed here. Lots of room and owner has made it a family friendly home. Close to grocery store and a few restaurants. We had no issues and description is exact. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. Fresh……
