“The pool and outlook were amazing, but everything else fell short. The air con didn’t work on a 35-degree day, lights were out in the main house, and a friend was electrocuted by a faulty power point—serious safety issues. The host was rude when we raised concerns and then tried to charge extra for using the BBQ and fireplace. Needs urgent maintenance and better management.”
