“I attended a Realtor conference and since I can't stay in hotels, I booked this unit because of its convenience to the conference center, restaurants and parks. Everything was within walking distance and I never once had to use my car. It did take us a minute to figure out access with their app but when I text the owner, not even 5 seconds went by without them contacting me back and got us in. Thi situation was user error and nothing on the owner's part :-). The unit itself was exactly as……
