“This is an older, charming upstairs apartment in need of some loving care. No place in the description of this property did it state that it was upstairs. We would not have booked it had we known. We didn't appreciate having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. It was sparsely furnished. It's a three bedroom space and we assumed it would be outfitted for six people. There wasn't adequate seating; only a couch in the living room that would seat three and only four places at the dining room……
