“The aptly named Charming East Hampton Cottage was a beautiful oasis with lush gardens and comfortable accommodations. The host was very gracious and friendly and communicated with us as soon as we booked the home. My only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. ”

“The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch……

“We came out to East Hampton for the week to see family and friends. A few work friends came out for a night. Doug’s house is beautiful, well designed and perfect for entertaining. Doug is also a great communicator and if you have a question he gets right back to you through vrbo messaging. I highly recommend this house.”

“Absolutely incredible location! The host was super responsive and accommodating. My mother is in a wheelchair and she was able to easily enjoy the stunning views. Hot tub, kayaks and paddle boards were the icing on top. Great restaurants two minutes away. We will be back”

“This house was perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. Nice big backyard for our son and dog to play in, great little deck and grill. Although it wasn’t warm enough to swim, we appreciated that the pool area was fenced in so our little one couldn’t get in. Beds were super comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. The extra bonus was the playroom downstairs which kept our son occupied while it was raining. The only negative is the driveway is a bit hidden and on a busy road, but once……

“We absolutely loved this house, it was perfect for our group of 4 and just totally charming. Great backyard with a beautiful pool, such a cozy family room to watch movies. A perfect place for our stay and in such a beautiful quiet neighborhood.”

“The house is in a great location but was definitely showing some wear and tear. Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics.”

Conveniently located within walking distance to the Palm, Movie Theatre and the bus stop to NYC. Beverly Leopold was a very conscientious and hospitable host. Highly recommend!”
