“I stayed at the property for 2 months. The neighborhood was quiet with very friendly neighbors. The location was close to the beach and near shopping. Melissa was very easy to work with, and while there were no issues, I am sure if one came up it would have been dealt with quickly. Thank you.”

“Interior very clean. Easy check in. Pool clean. (Pool deck needed to be weeded). Ample towels for shower and pool but only one dish towel and only three rolls of toilet paper. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was very reasonable. ”

“The house was everything we wanted and more. Very good property managers. The house was comfortable, had all the elements we needed, in a great neighborhood. VRBO charged us over $720.00 service fee essentially as a finders fee. I had the impression that a portion of that fee would go towards the rental but....NOPE. I tried to reach them via their online chat and i was waiting online twice over 30-minutes to only be "disconnected". VRBO should charge significantly less that 8% service fees.”

“This is a great condo in a beautiful Country Club. The condo is well maintained and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfy and the lication was great. Minutes away from one of the clubs Tikki bars and pool! Mark, the owner went above and beyond to help us with everything! I highly recommend this rental. Would definitely rent again!”
