“From the moment we walked in at Villagoona, we felt at home! This is hands-down the best vacation rental we have stayed at. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying both the pool and lanai, which are even better than in the pictures. We fished every day, and caught snapper, jack, and other fish! Communications with the host Ruth and caretaker Steve were fantastic. We had everything we needed for our stay both inside and out, including bikes, pool toys and floats, fishing rods, and all……

“We loved our short stay as a family of four! Great location, with beautiful views out of every window and perfect sunsets. Loved the fishing and swimming in the heated pool with a view. For younger kids it would be tricky with all the water (pool, river), including the docks and unusable ladder to get out of the river if someone falls (and the stairs inside would be precarious), but fine for 7. Definitely recommend! And plan to spend more time at the house - tough to leave it once you're there!”

We watched dolphins outside daily, rented jet skis to be stored at our dock for the week, rented golf carts to ride around most parts of Cape Coral with leisure.
