“We fully enjoyed our stay! The saltwater canal offered opportunities to view wildlife like a pod of dolphins and an alligator from the lanai. The setup of the home was great for our needs and the property manager was very quick to respond as needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and just a short drive to shopping. ”

“We arrived and the alarm actually was set so I called the owner and they took care of that immediately without having to come onsite. I appreciated the timely response. After that it was smooth sailing. Great location, super close to stores and our family in Cape Coral. House was clean despite other reviews. Plenty of towels (bath and beach). “We had an excellent 42 day stay at the Waterfront Villa.We travel to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area every January-February. This was our first stay in this home. We were 100% satisfied with the home and Jana, our wonderful host. We could not be more pleased.Check in communications were excellent. Jana met us at the home and gave an overview of the home and instructions on the pool/spa. The home was clean and well stocked when. Our kids spent 2 weeks with us in the home. “I recently stayed at this home with 3 other couples and it was a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. All of the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved that they each have their own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The best part about the house is the outdoor area. Between the pool, hot tub and outdoor bar, you feel like you're at a resort. The dock was a perfect hang out spot. Views were beautiful. Overall just a really nice getaway. “The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We had an overall good experience. Only complaint was that the floors were not swept/vacuumed, mirrors were all smudged, and sinks were not cleaned upon arrival. Almost looked like the cleaners just redid the beds and folded the towels.”
