“Nice, friendly house on a great location. Masterbedroom is superb. Very spacious, beautiful waterview. Outdoor furniture is not that comfortable, a nice loungeset would be a good addition. New Coffee and teacups recommended. Great property manager. We rented a boat at Cape Coral boat charter and it was docked in front of the house which was great. We saw Dolphins while swimming in the pool! Only thing which we did not know..., we had a bad view on the burned down Boathouse on the other side of……

“The location of this property was perfect for taking nice walks daily. We got spoiled walking to the beach & enjoying the safe & quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious & made it easy for multiple people to be in the kitchen at once. The kiddos loved the pool & swam several times daily. We rented pontoon & went charter boat fishing another.day. Communications w/ the host was easy & timely. We would recommend this property to others! ”
