“The home is beautiful and well kept as well as the outside. Kevin was very responsive throughout the trip to any inquiries and very personable as well. The location is excellent with only a 5-10 minute no wake cruise to the river. Home has plenty of room, is well appointed and the back porch is very well laid out and functional. “Beautiful, quiet, 3 bedroom condo in walkable neighborhood. Good location for exploring the Fort Meyer’s/Cape Coral area by car. Everything you need for the beach. Only downside is you need a car to get to beach locations. ”

“Beautiful home! Very clean and roomy! The pool is amazing! We had a bit of trouble with the hot tub, but the host was great working with us. Fishing was fun right off the dock, I caught snapper and sheepshead (released them). There were several restaurants in the area and plenty of choices for groceries. We cooked in several nights. ”
