“The house was spacious and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet, which was exactly what we needed after our days at Disney. The lanai was large and allowed us to still remain outdoors despite some thunder storms that rolled in and we appreciated the grill there for use. and yes, there are alligators in that pond. She advised us of the location and instructions to access the home in plenty of time before our arrival so we didn't have to worry about any of those details.
