“After readingother reviews I thought I checked into the wrong hotel. The poolwas open. The roomwas spotless with clean linens.Plenty of towels in the bathroom. All of the staff was genuinely nic,even though i gave Susan a rough time because Hotels.comcharged my credit card beforeIgot there and didn't allow me to pay cash which is what was offered when I first booked the reservation.”

“Location was nice. The area around the hotel was not in the best condition. The hotel was very accessible from the interstate but dining options were quite a drive. The hotel was clean and presentable. ”

“The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have……

“I like the rooms with a balcony that face the golf course and garden Courtyard on the back of the hotel. A nicer restaurant would be a good thing - full service kind of a restaurant - however, there are lots of restaurantoptions very close to the hotel”

“Especially appreciated that when I had three suggestions, specific to our room, to make the next guests' stay even better, the suggestions were welcomed. Happy to report that the bed, quantity of pillows, and linens were all to our liking.”

“We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Woodstock. Our room was lovely - and absolutely spotless. Kim, the owner, is a kind and welcoming person. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. We will absolutely stay here again if we go back to the Kansas City area.”
