“Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before. Landscaping like a beautiful park. The sounds of the river were refreshing and lulled you into a good sleep. Oh to……

Terrific meals at Ewings, KRBC, El Rio and Cheryl's! Tried fishing, no luck, but still fun. We'll be back and hopefully the property will be available for us!Kent”

“We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend ”

“Love it love it love it. Kids loved it and we did too. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. The drive to the location of the house was super easy to find and get to. It is also pet friendly……

“We have been visiting Kerville every year for about 10 years, and this stay was the best. The house was excellent for our family and all of us enjoyed every second of our stay. Besides the house itself, the location and the neighborhood, the property manager walked us through all the way and made us to feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!!!!! ”

“We were pleasantly surprised at this place. The pics do not give it justice, it was well stocked as we love to cook on vacation. The bathroom and bedrooms were also stocked with everything we needed. The surround sound was a surprise too! The outside was just beautiful and peaceful! Deer were roaming on the road. All around great !!”

“First, many thanks to the owner. The place really for the bill. Now for the details. The property was clean, and stocked with some bare necessities (coffee - pods and grounds). The description and images matched what we saw and expected. WiFi works great. The only concern is the steep driveway to the house. The owner thankfully sent advice to turn the cars around at the top. Backing down would have been a little crazy.Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay. I would recommend this……

“Absolutely fantastic! The owners have thought of everything! Location is fantastic, views are spectacular & all the extras were so appreciated. We had our 20 & 23 year old adult children with us. We spent time fishing & just enjoying the river. Can’t wait to return! ”
