“Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before. Landscaping like a beautiful park. The sounds of the river were refreshing and lulled you into a good sleep. Oh to……

“Love it love it love it. Kids loved it and we did too. The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. The drive to the location of the house was super easy to find and get to. It is also pet friendly……

“Behind a locked gate is a modest home with breathless views of the mountains and horses. Even the barn cat was friendly! Clean, cozy and perfect for what I needed. Safe, quiet and comfortable beds. I recommend this stay. Great price too! ”

“My family, 12 lb dog and I stayed here to get away from the New Year's ruckus. This was an excellent way to do that. The house was very spacious and comfortable so we settled in quickly. The weather was very cold when we got there, but thankfully our host left us heaters in our rooms and we had them on while the house warmed up. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and it got really dark at night, so we were able to see all the stars.The only downside would be there was a lot of dog fur from……

“We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. Thank you again for all of the fun!”

“We were pleasantly surprised at this place. The pics do not give it justice, it was well stocked as we love to cook on vacation. The bathroom and bedrooms were also stocked with everything we needed. The surround sound was a surprise too! The outside was just beautiful and peaceful! Deer were roaming on the road. “I stayed there for four nights with my daughter who had just lost her father. The place was huge. Basically had two living rooms, two dining areas and four really good size bedrooms. Upstairs. We had some visitors during our stay due to the death in the family. It was really nice to have all that room together as a family. The fireplace was really nice for the warmth and for the meditation value it allowed. I did have my dogs with me. Their backyard is totally fenced so I didn’t have to worry……
