“The Dean is a super funky hotel with a chill vibe and vibrant colors. We loved having a turntable in our room and vinyl to spin. The colors and feel of both the rooms, lobby, and the hotel in general are funky and vibrant. It is not located in the busy area of town, but a short walk downhill will get you to where you want to be. Quiet and comfortable. “This hotel is in an amazing location in the Latin Quarter. Amenities and staff were great, and the bar and outdoor patio were very nice. My only complaint was the heavy perfume smell throughout the hotel, including in the room. I think this is a signature thing for this hotel brand, which we weren’t aware of before booking. Being sensitive to scents this was the only downside for me. Obviously that’s not something that will bother everyone, but good to be aware ahead of booking! That said, open……
