“This was our second stay at Camp Amnicon. We stayed in Quietude last year, but booked Sunset this year because the three new ones weren’t available. It was great!! We think we might like sunset/sunrise better because they feel much more private, and we didn’t need the bigger space of the newer cabins. So cozy - we love the fireplace! ”

“It was the perfect place for old camp cabin mates to share time together. Amenities were great. One bathroom so you need to plan a little… location was so great!! ”

“Purple Waves is a comfortable and well appointed house to get away from it all. A huge window overlooks the lake, It's a mesmerizing show moment to moment as the light and weather shift throughout the day. We stayed the second week of April and the area was quiet and empty -- quite peaceful.Everything is as described in the property listing. A big plus is the house guide notebook which is very detailed and contains local attractions and amenities. The section on local hikes is particularly well……

Theres a microwave, small toaster oven (I thought I could make puzza and you have to 4th the pizza to do so), there's a grilling grate, so we brought tin foil for burgers; super good.
