“The location was great. The house was cute and had everything we needed for our stay. There was a maintenance issues we discovered upon arrival, and property management sent someone over right away to fix the issue. We did not encounter any other issues during our stay. We had a really nice time. ”

“Loved this house! If you are looking to be within walking distance of San Antonio this is not the place. It’s about a 10-20 mins drive to downtown depending on traffic. It worked perfect for us as we were with 3 other families and needed a place to stay for a cheer competition The backyard is beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting outside visiting. Don’t let the neighborhood fool you. It is very quiet. However, there is nothing to see or do in that area. There is a HEB close by so we……

“It was pretty difficult to get support using the phone. I keep being pass to different group. It is common to hear 'we don't support Sunchase IV and then when we call the given number it goes to voicemail. I left multiple voice message and no one got back to us. Very bad. Getting additional tissue paper was also an issue. The additional foldable bed support is also damaged. There are missing bulbs as well.”

“The property is still rebuilding but it is in good condition. The pools are great and have something for everyone. Easy beach access. The condo needed some minor repairs but was spacious and easily fit our family of 5.”

“The condo was smaller then we expexted, but it worked for us. The furniture was not comfortable. The king bed was good. The queen bed was uncomfortable and squeeky. The kitchen sink did not produce even warm water. We were given dishwaser tablets, but there was no dishwasher. ”

“everyone one we met down here was amazing. The condo was just the right size for us. we were able to walk to local shops and food if we wanted or drive to them. Beach was very restful”

“This Condo was so amazing, decorated with excellent taste, which much thought put into comfort as well as style. The location so close proximity to the beach and awesome views. As we were staying in January celebrating 2 Birthdays & a Doctorate, we walked on the beach but mostly relaxed in the Condo. The kitchen was equipped very well to meet all your needs for food prep. There is a Grocery store 2 miles awayThe property owner is super responsive to answer any questions. We will be back”

“Florence Condo #607 was superb. I already want to book next year. Location was the best. Kitchen had everything I needed. Updated condo. Beds all firm and seemed new. I did not open the sofa bed so I can not comment on that.Only thing: there is paint peeling from the ceilings of the living area, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. I would definitely stay in Condo 607 again.”
