“This is our 2nd stay at a Placemakr facility and both have been excellent locations. San Antonio is walking distance to many things downtown (Market, historic buildings, etc). The staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and the apartments are very well maintained and quiet. This is a great brand!”

“We had an excellent time at Sunchase IV! Short walk to the beach, nice pool area, central location, and overall very clean. Would highly recommend!”

“We have stayed at TIKI multiple times in multiple rooms. This room was smaller but it was great for my husband and myself. The only thing is that there is not a television in the bedroom in this unit. Just an FYI.”

“The property was welcoming and very clean. The only issue we ran into was the neighboring cottage had a dog that was barking early in the mornings and woke us up. ”

“The property is still rebuilding but it is in good condition. The pools are great and have something for everyone. Easy beach access. The condo needed some minor repairs but was spacious and easily fit our family of 5.”

“We had a great time here on our babymoon. This is so close to everything! We couldn't be happier with our trip. We had everything we needed in the condo and if we needed extra supplies, the store, restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. Will be coming back in the future. ”

“Amazing place to stay. There is plenty of room and you can quite literally cross the street for immediate beach access. Plenty of bathrooms and rooms. Great space for larger groups. The host did an amazing job in prepping for our stay and everything was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be renting again for any future trips.”
